1. Librarian:

2. Sports Officer:

   • Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) or Sports Science with at least 55% marks.

   • Experience: Experience in coaching, managing sports teams, or working in sports administration is often preferred but not always required.

   • NET/SLET/SET: Similar to the Librarian post, candidates must clear the NET/SLET/SET, with exemptions applicable for Ph.D. holders.

Examination Structure:

The selection process for both positions consists of two stages:

1. Written Examination:

   • The exam typically includes objective-type questions relevant to the specific role.

   • For Librarians, the focus is on library management, information science, cataloging, classification, digital libraries, and related areas.

   • For Sports Officers, questions cover physical education, sports science, coaching techniques, sports management, and related topics.

   • The exam may also include general knowledge, current affairs, and reasoning questions.

2. Interview:

   • Candidates who qualify in the written examination are called for an interview.

   • The interview assesses subject knowledge, communication skills, professional aptitude, and suitability for the role.

   • For Sports Officers, additional focus is placed on practical knowledge of sports and physical fitness.

Final Selection:

The final merit list is based on the combined scores of the written examination and the interview. Selected candidates are appointed to government colleges and institutions across Madhya Pradesh.
