3. Interview:

   • The final stage is the Personality Test or Interview, carrying 75 marks.

Final Selection:

The final merit list is prepared based on the combined marks obtained in the Main Examination and the Interview. Successful candidates are appointed as Assistant Engineers in various state government departments.
